What is SafeSlim?

SafeSlim is a healthy, once a day, protein  powder that can save you a third to half of your daily calories, and save you approx 50 meals per pot. 

It contains weight-regulating dairy calcium, muscle preserving and appetite satisfying protein, healthy herbal appetite suppressants and natural blood sugar stabilisers.

Nothing reduces weight faster than eliminating a large number of calories each day.

SafeSlim can typically save you 700 to 1000 calories daily by reducing your appetite so that you can easily skip one meal.

How to use SafeSlim?

Add two rounded teaspoons of SafeSlim powder to 200mls of water, low fat or trim milk and stir to dissolve the SafeSlim. You can also mix it with yoghurt.

 Don't eat or drink anytning else immediately after SafeSlim as it is important that the sweetness of the natural Stevia in SafeSlim remains in your mouth. This helps greatly with appetite suppression.

For a more pleasantly full feeling, you can eat a carrot (raw or cooked, or half a banana or apple before taking you SafeSlim. But this is optional.

You can also blend the fruit and SafeSlim into a smoothie.

One serving of SafeSlim
(2 rounded teaspoons) contains only 20 calories. Half a glass of milk contains 45 to 80 calories. A medium size carrot contains 15, half a banana 50 and half an apple 40.

Fennel Seed powder

Fennel Seed powder has a long history as a natural, healthy, mild appetite suppressant. Unlike other appetite suppressants like Hoodia, it does not work by causing mild nausea. Rather it is more like a refreshing tonic and works instantly with no side effects.
